Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner

Megan Lance is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based fertility care. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate their fertility journey with personalized treatment, education, and unwavering support. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, informed, and empowered throughout every step of their care.

Megan’s career in women’s health began on a dedicated Women’s Surgical Services unit, where she cared for patients recovering from mastectomies, hysterectomies, gynecologic surgeries, breast procedures, and a wide variety of women’s health conditions and surgical treatments. This early experience fostered a deep appreciation for caring for women throughout every stage of life and laid the foundation for her career in women’s health.

She then spent more than six years as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive care to women throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth period. These experiences strengthened her passion for reproductive medicine and inspired her to pursue advanced practice nursing specializing in fertility care.

Today, at Viera Fertility, Megan provides comprehensive fertility services, including fertility evaluations, ultrasound monitoring, ovulation induction management, saline infusion sonography (SIS), hysterosalpingography (HSG), IVF cycle management, and patient education. She believes that combining evidence-based medicine with empathy, education, and individualized care creates the best possible patient experience.

Having witnessed firsthand the joys and challenges of building a family, Megan is committed to creating a supportive environment where every patient feels valued, respected, and hopeful throughout their fertility journey.
